The American Red Cross of Southwest Texas serves Midland, Odessa and all of the surrounding areas. As a member of the Red Cross' local, national and international network, the Southwest Texas Chapter is committed to providing relief to victims of disasters and helping people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies.

The Southwest Texas Chapter serves Andrews, Borden, Brewster, Crane, Dawson, Ector, Gaines, Glasscock, Howard, Jeff Davis, Loving, Martin, Midland, Pecos, Presidio, Reeves, Terrell, Upton, Ward, and Winkler counties.
